6. To receive the attached minutes from Monmouthshire Executive Community Safety Partnership Meeting, 15th December 2010

7. To receive/consider the following from the Chief Constable:

a) Neighbourhood Policing Update
b) BCU Grant Funding 2010/11 and Audit Recommendations Update
c) Verbal update on the Public Feedback Pilot Scheme
d) Verbal Operational Update

8. To consider whether to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that they may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 4 of Schedule 12(A), paragraph 18 of the said Act.

9. To receive/consider a Verbal Operational Update from the Chief Constable.
