Code of Corporate Governance (Reviewed May 2011)
The Code of Corporate Governance is intended to set out the Police Authority’s position and aspirations in relation to governance issues. The Code outlines how the Police Authority will hold the Chief Constable to account and make sure that she has appropriate processes and policies in place to satisfy the requirements of good corporate governance.
